Jools Newsome.

What a personal trainer costs in London. Mine, published. £560 to £1,120 a month, depending on how often we train and how much gets tested.

The number, before the conversation

Coaching at this level is almost always priced in private. You enquire, you wait, you sit through a call, and the figure arrives at the end of it.

I would rather you knew first. If it is more than you want to spend, you have lost two minutes instead of an afternoon. If it isn't, you come to the call with that part already settled.

Three ways to work together. What separates them is how often we train and how closely the week is managed.

What's in each

All one to one. All at UNTIL Liverpool Street, or online from anywhere.

  1. Gold

    £560a month

    • Two personal training sessions a week, eight a month, with weekly and monthly progression
    • Tailored fat loss or muscle gain nutrition plan, adjusted weekly
    • Workout plans built for the gym or for home
    • Body composition tracked every two weeks, progress photos optional
    • Email support for the challenges and the barriers
  2. Platinum

    £840a month

    • Three sessions a week, twelve a month, with weekly progression
    • Bespoke fat loss or muscle gain nutrition plan, adjusted weekly
    • Tailored workout plans with progression tracking
    • Body composition tracked every two weeks, progress photos optional
    • Email support for accountability
  3. Elite

    £1,120a month

    • Four sessions a week, sixteen a month, customised with weekly progression
    • Bespoke nutrition programme built to your requirements
    • Daily support, rather than weekly, for accountability
    • Body composition tracked every two weeks, progress photos optional
    • Health supplements plan

In all three, whichever you take

  • The audit first: energy, time, performance, relationships and presence, plus what derailed the previous attempts
  • The mindset side coached alongside the training, not after it
  • Protocols for travel weeks and for the weeks that go sideways
  • Nutrition that has to survive client dinners, not collapse on the first one

Added when you want them

  • Clinical-grade blood testing
  • Cellular inflammation analysis
  • WHOOP, so sleep and recovery are read rather than guessed at

These are priced separately and none of them is required. They exist for the point where you want the programme built on what your biology shows not on a conversation.

What people ask before they ask anything else

How much does a personal trainer cost in London?

Almost nobody in this line of work will tell you. Mine is £560 to £1,120 a month depending on how many sessions a week you want and how much testing goes with it. That is two, three or four sessions weekly, plus the nutrition, the programming and the weekly accountability around them.

Why a month rather than a session?

Because the session is the part you can see and not the part that decides the outcome. What you eat on a Thursday client dinner, whether you sleep in a week you are flying twice, and whether the plan survives a quarter turning over are what actually move the number on the scale. Charging by the hour would price the visible part and give the rest away.

What is the actual difference between the three?

How often we train and how closely the week is managed. Gold is two sessions a week with email support. Platinum is three. Elite is four with daily support rather than weekly, a bespoke nutrition programme and a supplements plan. The audit, the mindset work and the travel protocols are in all three.

Can I do this online?

Yes, fully, from anywhere. If you are in London the in-person sessions layer on top at UNTIL Liverpool Street, with a second London location to follow. Plenty of people run a mix, in person when they are here and online when they are not, which is how most of my clients’ years actually look.

What if I am not sure which one?

Then do not pick one yet. The 45-minute consultation exists to work out what you are actually carrying and what would hold, and the tier comes out of that conversation, not into it. If nothing here fits, I will say so.

Now you know the number

The next step is a consultation. 45 minutes. I look at where you are, what's getting in the way, and whether what I do is the right fit for it.

You leave with clarity. Whether we work together or not.

Not ready for that yet? Ten questions, three minutes, and a read on your energy, focus and body composition. Start the Switch-ON Diagnostic → (opens in a new tab)

I read every one of these myself. You'll hear back within one working day.
